TableTap lets hotels, resorts and restaurants (“venues”) take orders from guests through QR codes, collect payment up front and manage the orders on a live board. Venues sign up for a monthly plan after a free trial.
The venue is the seller of all food, drinks and services ordered through TableTap. The venue sets its menu, prices, taxes, service charge and opening hours and is responsible for them, for serving orders and for refunds.
Guests order and pay on their own device. An order is accepted when payment succeeds. If the venue cannot serve an order, it cancels it and the guest is refunded in full.
This version uses a simulated checkout for demonstration: no real money is charged and no card data is stored (only the last four digits). Real payment providers will be connected before commercial launch.
Plans are billed monthly per venue and can be changed at any time. There is no commission on orders. Billing in this version is simulated.
Venues must not use TableTap for illegal goods, must follow local rules on alcohol sales and must keep their staff logins secret.
TableTap is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for the food, drinks and service provided by venues.
