You don’t need an account to order. We store what you order, the table or spot, the first name, room number and note you choose to give, the payment method and the last four digits of a card, and your optional rating. The venue uses this to serve you. We keep orders for the venue’s accounting (normally 5 years).
Your browser keeps your basket and recent orders in local storage on your own device, plus a language cookie and a session cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
We store staff names, emails, roles, hashed passwords and when they last signed in, so the venue can manage access.
The venue you ordered from, and TableTap for support and operations. Data is hosted in the EU (Germany). We don’t sell personal data.
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data — under the GDPR, the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and other applicable laws — at support@order.kpindicator.com.
